Great Cooks Olive Oil
Great Cooks is pleased to bring you this award- winning Tuscan olive oil from Le Sorgenti!
This farm is nestled in the heart of the Maremma region of Tuscany, in a hilly area near the village of Scansano, an unpolluted area rich in Mediterranean flora and fauna.
The farm is 19 acres, planted with a variety of olives which are hand gathered and delivered to the mill within 1-2 hours of being harvested. This oil has a rich green colour with a touch of natural cloudiness; a fresh, fruity nose; a crisp, pungent aroma and an intense, olive-driven finish.
